The Glowing Skin Diet You Need To Follow

BEFORE BREAKFAST

As soon as you wake up and before you even have breakfast, detoxify your body by drinking coconut water with a twist of lemon juice. If you’re hungry in between meals, snack on some delicious Brazilian nuts, almonds or blueberries. One single Brazilian nut has over 135 % of your selenium requirements which is proven to promote collagen production and reduce dark circles. Almonds are dairy free sources of calcium.  So if milk is breaking you out, you can still nourish your body with them while they repair your skin cells.  Blueberries are one of nature’s superfoods thanks to its antioxidants that have an anti-aging effect on your skin.

DINNER

The best dinner for a healthier skin that glows from within is grilled salmon and kale salad.  Salmon is one of the most powerful sources of anti-inflammatory omega-3s.  What about kale?  It will give your skin the boost of the anti-aging vitamins A, C, E and K it needs.

We love grilled wild salmon with a big salad full of organic green leafy vegetables, avocado, and some lemon juice squeezed on top with olive oil and sea salt. Organic berry smoothies with raw cacao nibs and nut milks are wonderful too!
